Natacha Clitandre has a joint Bachelors degree in visual arts from UQAM and Concordia University, and a Masters in theory and practice of contemporary art and new media from Université Paris 8. As part of that degree, she received scholarships from both Brown University and Rhode Island School of Design in Providence. 

With funding from the Office Québec Wallonie Bruxelles pour la jeunesse, she finished a residency at Recylart in Brussels and participated in Brussels’ Midi public art event.  Her works have also been exhibited at festivals like Pocket Films, at Centre Pompidou in Paris, and Conflux at The Change You Want to See and the Centre for Architecture in New York City.   

Using mobile media devices, Natacha Clitandre’s main interest is capturing relationships established between the artist and general public in the context of ‘daily life’. She lives and works in Montreal, Quebec.
